Riptides: Tombs of Gold

We had the privilege of working on the artwork for 1980's Brisbane surf rockers, The Riptides, long lost album Tombs of Gold. Mark, who had just regained the rights to the song, came to us with a roughed out illustration by Jamie Preisz and asked us to help turn it into a 12 inch LP release. After recreating the illustration and reworking it into a square format, we designed the layout to include a Gold foiled album sleeve to accompany a limited edition Gold vinyl pressing. The artwork was also reworked to be used on tees, hand screen printed with gold ink by The Arcade.
